My App Analytics

The My App Analytics page is a self-service view of every application captured for the signed-in user. It lists each application with its productivity category, total captured hours in the selected period, and whether the application is currently being tracked. Use this page to see exactly which applications BEAK SWA has recorded for you and how much time has been attributed to each.

Filters

A short filter bar lets you scope the view:

  • Date Range — Restrict to applications used within the selected window. Default is the last 7 days.
  • Search — Free-text search across application names.

Filters apply only to your own data — there is no department or employee filter on this personal view.

Show Inactive Toggle

A Show Inactive checkbox appears above the table. Off by default — only applications that are currently active in the system are listed. Turning it on includes applications that were captured in the past but are no longer being tracked (for example, an app the admin disabled). A live counter (Showing N of M applications) confirms how many rows the toggle reveals.

Application Table

The table lists one row per application with these columns:

ColumnDescription
Application NameThe captured application's display name
CategoryThe category the application belongs to, shown as an info badge. Uncategorized apps show Uncategorized.
HoursTotal captured hours in the period, to two decimal places
StatusActive (green dot) or Inactive (red dot) — whether the application is currently being tracked

The table is paginated at 20 rows per page and carries its own search box in the header for filtering within the loaded set. Empty result sets show a friendly message.

Note: "Active" here refers to the application's tracking state in the admin configuration — not whether you have used the app recently. An application can have zero hours in the period and still show as Active.

Best Practices

  • Use this page after a productivity dip to see which applications consumed your time — total hours tell the story without the categorization layer.
  • Applications showing Uncategorized should be flagged to your admin so they can be classified — once categorized, the hours start contributing to your productive / idle / unproductive totals.
  • Enable Show Inactive only when investigating a missing app — once an app is inactive, no new hours will be captured against it.
  • Pair this page with Self Analytics to see your category-level totals; this page is the per-application drilldown.
