Key Integration Patterns​

Asset Context Enrichment​

BEAK ITAM feeds asset data — inventory, ownership, configuration, lifecycle status — to every other product. When a ticket is created in Beak Desk, it's automatically enriched with the requester's asset inventory. When a vulnerability is detected, Beak Security knows which asset is affected and who owns it.

Security-to-Desk Automation​

Security findings from Beak Security automatically create or enrich tickets in Beak Desk. Critical vulnerabilities trigger AI agents for automated remediation, while patch deployment results feed back into the security posture view.

Observability-Driven Response​

Beak Observability monitors all products and infrastructure. When alerts fire, they can automatically route to Beak Desk as tickets, trigger AI agents for investigation, or feed into custom dashboards for real-time visibility.

AI Gateway & Governance​

Beak Governance's AI Gateway provides unified LLM routing for AI Studio agents. Usage data flows back to Governance for cost tracking, while security policies from Beak Security are enforced on all LLM interactions.

Third-Party Connectivity​

The platform integrates with external tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, and more — extending Beak's automation and context beyond the platform.
