Incidents

The Incidents page tracks network issues through a defined lifecycle. Every incident has a priority and a state — ensuring that critical network problems are investigated and resolved systematically.

Incident Lifecycle

Incidents move through the following states:

StateDescription
NewIncident has been detected but not yet acknowledged
AcknowledgedAn operator has acknowledged the incident
InvestigatingActive investigation is underway
ResolvedThe underlying cause has been resolved
ClosedIncident has been formally closed

Use the tabs at the top of the page to filter the incident list to a specific state. The All tab shows every incident regardless of state.

Incident List

The incident table displays each incident with its ID, title, priority, current state, age, and an Acknowledge action button.

Incident Creation

Incidents are generated automatically when alerts breach defined thresholds.
