Audit Log
The Audit Log is a platform-wide trail of every significant action and event in BEAK ITSM. It records who did what and when — from sign-ins and ticket status changes to configuration edits — giving administrators a complete record for security review, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Summary Metrics
The top of the page summarizes activity for the selected time range across four KPI cards:
- Total Events — The number of recorded events.
- Today — Events recorded today.
- Unique Users — Distinct users who generated events.
- Top Action — The most frequent action type.
Below the cards, two breakdown charts — Top Actions (for example, Update, Create, Delete) and Top Resource Types (for example, Queue, Api Key, Form, Webhook) — sit alongside an Activity Trend chart that plots event volume over time.
Event Logs
Events are split into two tables:
- Ticket Logs — Actions against tickets, with columns for Timestamp, User, Event, Ticket ID, What Changed, Resource, and IP. Examples include service request creation and status changes such as
In ProgresstoResolved. - Other Logs — All non-ticket actions, with columns for Timestamp, User, Event, What Changed, Resource, and IP. Examples include API Key Created and Deleted, Queue Updated, and Webhook Updated.
Both tables are paginated and can be reviewed independently.
Time Range and Export
Filter the entire view by Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days. Use Export All to download the audit history for the selected range for offline analysis or retention.
Note: The Audit Log is an administrative view intended for security and compliance review. Records are read-only and cannot be edited or deleted from the interface.
