Generating Reports​

On-Demand Reports​

  1. Navigate to Compliance & Audit > Reports
  2. Select the report type
  3. Configure parameters:
    • Date Range — Reporting period
    • Scope — All tenants, specific tenant, or specific product
    • Format — PDF, CSV, or JSON
  4. Click Generate Report
  5. Download when ready (large reports are generated asynchronously)

Scheduled Reports​

Automate report generation on a schedule:

  1. Navigate to Compliance & Audit > Reports > Schedules
  2. Click Create Schedule
  3. Configure:
    • Report Type — Select which report to generate
    • Frequency — Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
    • Recipients — Email addresses to receive the report
    • Format — PDF, CSV, or JSON
  4. Click Save Schedule

  3. Choose the audit period
  4. Click Generate Evidence Package
  5. Download the package containing:

    • Evidence artifacts per control
    • Summary report with status indicators
