  • Databases: Establish secure connections to relational and NoSQL databases. Supported: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch.
  • External Systems: Connect external systems using OpenAPI specifications or manual API details. Supported: ServiceNow, Zendesk.
  • Files & SharePoint: Upload files directly or configure SharePoint document folders.

Playground Interface​

  • Test and Interact: Validate agent behavior and configurations using the Playground.

Agent Publishing for Reuse​

Observability and Analytics​

  • Traces for Each Interaction: Track detailed traces for every user interaction with the agent.
  • Session Management: Monitor user sessions containing multiple traces to understand user journeys.
  • User-Level Trace History: Access a complete trace history for each user over time.

Infrastructure and Deployment​

  • One-Click Deployment Using Terraform: Seamless setup for any Azure environment with a one-click Terraform script.
  • Azure Native Integration: Leverage Azure’s infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
